This project is being developed in two phases, with Phase 1 opening in early 2026. As Halidom evolves, the Market District will serve as a key element in building a stronger, more connected community, offering convenient access to essential goods, specialty services, and medical care.

Phase 1: Retail & Medical Hub on Moreland Avenue

The first phase of Halidom Retail will be a two-story, mixed-use building located directly on Moreland Avenue, providing high visibility and easy access for businesses and visitors alike.

Second Floor: Dedicated medical office space, offering much-needed healthcare services in a central location.
